The commands:

Companion Cube: ent_create_portal_companion_cube
Laser Cube: ent_create_portal_reflector_cube

Jump(Blue) Gel: ent_create_paint_bomb_jump
Speed(Red/Orange) Gel: ent_create_paint_bomb_speed
Portal(White) Gel: ent_create_paint_bomb_portal
Erase(Transparent) Gel: ent_create_paint_bomb_erase

This is obvious names, the with the jump gel, you can jump, with the speed you can run speeder than before, and with the "portal" gel if you paint the wall with it, you can make portals on it, before you can't.
