This series began with a lot of potential and ended with a whimper. Both an echo of Forever War and a premonition of the Battlestar Galactica remake, it’s largely a victim of its time. It deserves a look both for what it does well, and where it fumbles.

As many have noted, I should have mentioned the Fox Network's role is killing this show on the scheduling side. I can recall two times actually being home on a Friday night, thinking I'd watch this, only to find it had been pre-empted.
