Trimble Ri Automatic April Tag Setup for Construction Layout.

April Tags allow for fast, accurate and repeatable setup for inexperienced users. The Ri self-leveling and calibration means any green apprentice can set up the Ri later and layout. If using the focusing laser or prism near the ground, the levelness of the rod can be minimized in importance. As the setup and layout accuracy are stored the accuracy of laid out points can quickly be checked. The Ri will not setup if out of tolerance.
