The Profiler Task Force looks at a case Michelle Dresbold worked on: The Pizza Bomber, Part 1. In 2003, Brian Wells, a pizza delivery man, went into a bank in Erie, Pennsylvania and handed the teller a note demanding money. He flashed a homemade explosive device that was strapped around his neck. In his hand, he carried a walking stick that was a loaded gun. On his way out of the bank, he grabbed a lollipop. Shortly afterwards, he was encircled by police. With law enforcement and press surrounding him, the bomb went off and Brian Wells exploded on national television. A 9-page handwritten note with scavenger hunt directions was found in his car.
