COMPLETE NSPanel Pro guide for Local Home Assistant integration

If anyone would have asked me just few days ago to do video on NSPanel Pro, I would have declined. But thanks to @blakadders and his greats guides - here comes video on how to make NSPanel Pro usable and workable with Home Assistant. Including the update of WebView that fixes a lot of issues if you just decide to side-load something on it.
