This is only a guide for initial setup. Transactions are not covered. **NO SOUND** This guide is meant to be read and meant to be useful even if you don't have speakers.

The purpose is to verify you have a working Epic Cash GUI wallet.

This guide assumes there is no previous EPIC installation.

Verify that there is no previous EPIC installation by typing %userprofile%/.epic into a file explorer.

If you find a .epic directory from a previous installation, save your data by renaming .epic to .epic.bak or saving it somwehere else and deleting .epic (see screenshots)

After running the .exe file we downloaded and installing the program we now have the .epic directory as we should. Select the folder.

Be sure to write these words and keep them safe. Do NOT share your words on social media, YouTube, to friends, or ANYONE.

Now re-enter your password and enter the required info. The following can be used as remote node addresses: http://95.216.215.107:3413 , http://116.203.211.229:3413/ , or https://fastepic.eu:3413

When it says "WARN Scanning Complete" we should be good to close this part

Now we see the green light and current block height. Let's compare it to the explorer. Looks good! It can take a moment between the platforms to reflect the same block numbers
