Exploring the Grand Canyon | Grand Canyon National Park | Wild Hixsons

We crossed off one of our bucket list destinations recently - the Grand Canyon! Hiking into the Grand Canyon was an incredible experience, mainly because it is so beautiful to see all of the different cliffs and layered bands of red rock, but also because it was covered in ❄️ SNOW ❄️ We did end up slipping and sliding a bit as well as dealing with a flat tire along the way ? but all in all, it was a successful adventure! We walked away with a new appreciation that nothing is beautiful unless it is surrounded by some type of contrast, whether that is the Grand Canyon or life. Without the lows, there wouldn't be the amazing highs. ?
