With RTX 3060 and lowest settings and DLSS Ultra Performance you can expect around 60 FPS with path tracing. Medium preset and DLSS balanced you will get around 40 FPS only. With high and ultra settings FPS will drop below 30 FPS, but the game will be still playable.
