Ugreen M.2 SATA SSD USB enclosure

I installed a Crucial M.2 SATA SSD into a Ugreen M.2 SATA USB enclosure.
I tried to format it with my Pinebook Pro, but it seems the USB ports on the Pinebook Pro don't supply enough power.

So in the end I used my Samsung Chromebook Plus to format it and I had to use a powered USB-C hub to make it work with the Pinebook Pro.
