Have you ever worked as a waiter/waitress?

Grammar cookie for today is

✅the Present Perfect tense with regular verbs (e.g. have/has workED)

Now, I'll explain it to you like you are a four-year-old🚺

➡️Do you remember the verb "to have" (he/she/it has)?

Example: I have a mother. He has a pet.

It means "to own", right?

So, here we have the same meaning.

✏️When you have/own some experience or result in something,

you take
1️⃣HAVE/HAS + a regular verb (the one, not from that terrible list, like 'to work, to clean, to cook')
and add 2️⃣-ED ending and you get the Present Perfect tense!✅Yay!

➡️Examples:

🔵 I HAVE workED here for two years.
🔴 He HAS already watchED that movie.
🔵 You HAVE cleanED up your room this week! Unbelievable!
🔴 I HAVE already workED in the IT industry .
🔵We HAVE just bookED tickets.
🔴My dog HAS never jumpED here before.
