Make a new text file with Notepad, put everything inside the asterisks in it, and save it as "Mystic Light Refresh.cmd".

There are some characters YouTube doesn't allow in the description, but just those 2 lines above should work for you. Remember , your LEDKeeper2.exe may be in a different place like mine. Be sure to point to the right path.
