Putting 16g Labret Jewelry into My Old Piercings

Since my old lobe and helix piercings hadn't been used in quite some time, I decided to make the change to add some more long term jewelry options. I used labret studs with a flat back and screw on top. I prefer this for a long term option because they won't poke you or fall out.
I also had to clean out and stretch open my old, unused holes for the new jewelry. After such a long time without anything in there, the holes shrink up and fill with gunk.
