Yes finally an extended version of the Coast with a perfect loop on Youtube.
Someone had to do it, seriously since 2017 nobody has proposed it on this platform... It's a shame x)

I created this extended version for myself originally but if you were looking for this type of content and got lost here... Enjoy.

All these videos are from my first run, 198 cycles for about 80 hours of play.
A real treat to explore this gigantic map.
But I've only scratched the surface, the lore of this game is just ultra dense and incredible...

----------About Rain World-----------

Rain World is a game that it is difficult to fit into a predefined box. It is indeed a game at the crossroads of several genres such as cinematic-plateformer, survival games, or even metroid-like, without any of these genres managing to capture what it really is.
What does the game basically consist of?
After being separated from his family, the Slug-Cat, which is the little animal you control, is left alone.
Your objective: find your family by exploring the vast ruined world in front of you.
This world will be populated by many dangers of which the Slug-Cat will be the prey, while he too, will have to hunt in order to feed himself.
However, to all these multiple threats is added another one: The Rain.
So, after a while, a real Flood will fall on the Slug-Cat's head. If you want to have a chance to get out of this situation, you will have to find a shelter as soon as possible.

Consequently, we find ourselves with a huge and hostile world to explore, made up of more than 1600 different screens, and punctuated by the need to feed and find a refuge before it's too late.

Strengths:

- The best platform game in its category. The depth of movement system at first glance unsuspected, but which is unparalleled in a game of its type.
- A real ecosystem. The different creatures interact with each other, and their placement is different at each new "cycle" (which corresponds to a day) which constantly renews the experience
- An exceptional and extremely varied OST, which includes many variations. The latter dynamically adapting to what is happening on screen.
- A Sound-Design of equal quality.
- A DA that contains some of the most beautiful pixel-art paintings you will ever see.
- A sublime atmosphere: cold, melancholic, which sometimes tends towards the horrific. Punctuated by moments of wonder.
- Different zones, atypical and original. We don't find the cliché zones that we find in most platform games.
- A difficult game, without concession to accessibility at the expense of the artistic integrity of the work. It goes to the end of its concept even if it does not please.
- Mysteries and surprises that it would be a crime to spoil
