A COMPLETE GUIDE TO HOST A MECHWAARIOR 5: MERCENARIES COOP GAME -
There does not seem to be any guide for this anywhere- just a
bunch of streamers talking to each other and explaining nothing.
SO here. Gavin Longshanks will tell you how to do this-
This will work for any platform / console - and as a bonus
ALL of the MODS I use were enabled despite the joining party
not having any mods installed - AND the joining party was

Just enter the Invite code for whomever you want to play with in the menu found in the OPTIONS / SAVE menu (ESC menu) Once an Invite is sent if accepted you will then HOST the game for that player- Invite codes are in the upper left of the screen at the title menu. Invite codes may need to be typed into the ADD PLAYER option manually (Some friends on platform networks are already shown when the OPEN SLOT option is clicked- if the player you are inviting is not your friend or not on your platform you will need to type the code manually- again, the same code found on THEIR upper left Title screen).
