The MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor measures engine manifold pressure.
A MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor) measures all airflow into the engine.
Depending on the vehicle there can be variations on which sensors are used.
For example, some vehicles do not use a MAP sensor but only use a MAF sensor, while some vehicles have a MAF and MAP sensor.
