One of the most significant avenues in the Canadian city of Toronto is Spadina Avenue. It extends from Bloor Street in the north to the Gardiner Expressway in the south, close to the shores of Lake Ontario, and runs north-south through many areas of the city, including Toronto's Chinatown and the Fashion District.

The two centre lanes are set aside for 510 Spadina Line streetcar traffic, and the majority of the roadway has six lanes.
