This video shows how to use tricks and setups to land big punches. Each of these was inspired by Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz. The first Isaac Cruz trick uses level changes and a feint. Cruz executed this perfectly in his fight with Eduardo Ramirez. He level changes and lands a clean cross to the body. Now that Ramirez is thinking downstairs, Cruz level changes again, but this time feints the cross and throws a perfect hook to the head.

The second trick doubles up on the uppercut. Working on the inside vs Diego Magdeleno, Isaac Cruz lands a beautiful hook to the body and follows it with an uppercut that smashes through the guard. A few seconds later, Cruz lands the same hook to the body, but this time he doubles up on the uppercut and knocks out Magdeleno.
