Runs decent steady 30FPs, can drop a bit in big cities but dropping a couple of settings down to medium sorts that. Also running shadow play to record which eats up some performance, so without shadowplay running performance is about 3-4fps better. The texture pop in / loading in city is simply down to shadowplay writing a 50mb/s to the same mechanical hard drive that's trying to run the game hence loading takings its time. Again much better without recording using shadowplay.
