Red Hat 7.2 (Enigma) install and boot on HP i2000 Itanium 1/Merced machine

Red Hat doesn't upload the ISOs, so you can make a boot CD yourself with something like:

xorriso -as mkisofs -iso-level 3 -r -V "RHBOOT" -J -joliet-long -append_partition 2 0xef boot.img -partition_cyl_align all -o RHBOOT.iso .

boot.img and all necessary RPMs and etc. can be found here: https://legacy.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/7.2/en/os/ia64/

I didn't enable the NIC as it kernel panics if I do!

I should hopefully have a proper VGA capture setup soon.
