[Left 4 Dead 2] All Golden Crowbar Locations "Golden Freeman Achievement"

L4D2 All Golden Crowbar Location
The Achievement was to find all Golden Crowbars hidden in Left 4 Dead 1 Survival Maps only.
but you can use a Golden Crowbar at "The Last Stand" campaign.
I don't know if I should make a Video for it but I already get the Achievement for the Secret room since the Golden Crowbar is in there.
