To add the Etcher repo open the Software & Updates app using the Unity Dash and and paste the following the entry as shown in video:

Paste this line in box - deb https://dl.bintray.com/resin-io/debian stable etcher

Enter these lines in terminal -
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://pgp.mit.edu:80 --recv-keys 379CE192D401AB61
sudo apt update && sudo apt install etcher-electron
