I’m the definition of a pink Pilates princess. I always spend time doing Pilates and yoga, but at the same time I’m what people would call a muscle mommy. I’ve got the Pilates upper body and muscle mommy lower body. What that means is I have a dainty, delicate thin, but toned upper body with skinny toned arms however I have a thick muscular lower body with thick muscular thighs and thick muscular toned, lifted glutes. And of course I have those Pilates abs, the super defined cinched waist with 11 abs! Now don’t get me wrong, having the best body isn’t the only amazing thing about being a pink Pilates princess, it’s also the feel of the lifestyle. I love to eat healthy meals and am the girl you will always see with a smoothie or a green juice. I genuinely do enjoy healthy food and only like to indulge in more processed food occasionally… this has tremendously helped my gut health and I no longer suffer from inflammation, ibs or any other health issues! They say you are what you eat and they are right! I always get that protein in too… I also have to have everything in pink.. and I do. I have the cutest workout outfits that are of course, pink! Mostly all my clothing is pink too and everything else in my life too haha. My workouts are always amazing and I feel energized before, during and after. I do a mix of weight training, pilates, yoga, calisthenics and cardio and man are the results amazing! Talk about looking and feeling great! The yoga has made me super flexible I’ve got all my splits backbends and can even do handstand push-ups, flips and other crazy things thanks to this training combination. I know I am super strong! I also love to wake up early, and usually workout as soon as I get up. Mornings are the best which is why you’ll see me up as soon as the sun rises bubbly and full of energy. Sleep is important so of course I get the best sleep! I also have the best supplements and everything else i need to aid my health. I have the best health, I’m so grateful for it that and the fact that I always get super quick workout results, I swear my body looks better in the mirror everyday! I love myself and always feel amazing about my body. I love to read, do skin care and journal, I have the best shower and skincare routine.
I am the definition of a pink Pilates princess and I’m so grateful for that, isn’t it wonderful?
