Processor : Intel Core i5 (3rd Gen) 3210M / 2.5 GHz
Ram : 6GB DDR3 1600 MHz
HDD : 1TB 5400rpm Seagate
Graphics : Nvidia GeForce GT 630m 2gb

The boot time was 30 - 1 min for windows 10 with hdd, on the other hand it was 10.26s with SSD. Trust me upgrading to a SSD will improve the speed of your pc big time.
