Tesseract-ocr : Image to Text Converter ( OCR software) For Linux Mint / Ubuntu
Tesseract-ocr is a command line utility that scans text character from an image and prints the text as text file.
To install tesseract-ocr give the command :
sudo apt-get install tesseract-ocr

To scan an image give the command ;
tesseract {image-file-name} {output-file-name}
