An early FMVSS 208 standard performed at 30 Mph (48 Km/h) where occupants with an SRS device were unrestrained while occupants without an SRS device were restrained with a three-point seatbelt. This FMVSS 208 Full-Overlap Frontal Crash Test was performed at TRC Ohio (VRTC) on 12/16/1994.

Like today's FMVSS 208 tests, the vehicle is also tested for FMVSS 212. FMVSS 219, and FMVSS 301. This 1995 Chrysler New Yorker with Dual Airbags appeared to comply with all applicable FMVSS. This particular configuration has the driver unrestrained and the passenger unrestrained.
