Location: Lincoln, Illinois
Cycles Ran: Alert
Testing Times: First Tuesday of each month at 10 AM
Activation Protocol: 3 minutes of Alert for tornado warnings and for severe thunderstorm warnings with winds of 70 MPH or greater. Attack signal was formerly used for severe weather, replaced with Alert in 2009.
