Introducing the Merlin Hammer. A fully protective yet fashionable motorcycle jacket that takes heavy styling and fit influences from the classic bomber. The two tone Brown and Peat colour scheme combined with the unmistakable Bomber ribbed cuffs, hem and collar really achieves that casual look but with a nod to British aviation heritage.

Using a water repellent treated 220g Halley Stevensons 10oz super soft cotton for the outer layer, Merlin have created a a casual summer jacket that will also perform well throughout the year and safeguard the rider against those freak spring summer showers. Further functionality comes in the form of high quality YKK zippers which are used throughout, a central zipper wind flap to put a stop to draughts, 4 outer pockets, 3 internal pockets and a short jean to jacket connecting zip.

The Hammer jacket comes equipt with an inner layer reinforced with 220g DuPont Kevlar around the key impact areas, the elbows, shoulders and back, to give the rider excellent protection against abrasion resistance. For impact protection the Hammer is fitted with removable SW Level 2 Armour at the elbows and shoulders.
