Download Process Explorer.

Unzip procexp64.exe then right click on it and select Properties. If there is text indicating the file is blocked, unblock it - OK.
When the error message is on screen, right click procexp64.exe and run as administrator. Drag the crosshair icon (see pic) onto the error dialog and release it. The process the error belongs to will be highlighted in blue. Post a screenshot showing the process.
If you have any problem finding the process, try the above instructions again but launch procexp by double clicking it (unelevated).
