Show Unicode Special Characters in Noteapd++ (Pound Symbol & UTF Characters)

In this tutorial we will learn how Notepad++ can show Special Characters such as pound symbol or other unicode characters easily. You can quickly find these unicode characters using Char Map (Windows Character Map) utility. If you can't see special characters or if it shows Question marks instead of the actual symbol, there must be an issue with the Encoding the file. Set the encoding to UTF-8 to make sure it shows up correctly.
