This video explains how to enable a NVME bootable raid array and compares the performance increase with Raid 0. Be aware that there is a strange decrease in IOPS that is likely linked to AMD raid drivers and Samsung M.2 SSDs. I indeed reached the expected sequential read and write in raid 0 but saw a decrease in IOPS after loading the AMD Drivers.
