Streets float! Severe flooding hit Santa Tecla, El Salvador.

The heavy rains registered during the afternoon of Tuesday generated floods and collapsed drains in different parts of San Salvador and La Libertad, reports the Directorate of Civil Protection. It also indicates that the first evacuations have already been carried out.
